The Mediator & Music Publisher
Bridging the worlds of creative industries & dispute resolution
Growing up in a musical family, Keecia gained early insight into the complexities of music rights and intellectual property. This shaped her understanding of the industry and inspired her career path.
This early exposure to music industry disputes drove Keecia to pursue academic excellence at both Bachelor's and Master's levels, studying the music business with a focus on understanding intellectual property.
With over a decade of executive experience at major & independent music companies Keecia developed an insider's understanding of how the music industry operates and where conflicts arise. In 2022, she founded Rekodi Music, a publishing company dedicated to rights & creative development.

Combining industry expertise with formal conflict resolution training
Keecia recognised a critical gap in the market. In 2021, Keecia completed accredited mediation training at the London School of Mediation, earning her credentials as a professional mediator. She chose to specialise in intellectual property disputes, combining her deep music industry experience with formal conflict resolution techniques.
This unique combination; music publisher and accredited mediator positions Keecia to resolve disputes that others might miss.
Keecia speaks the language of both worlds: music / media industry along with business, while also bringing formal mediation training to facilitate productive conversations.
This dual expertise means disputes are resolved with both commercial realism and civil sensitivity, leading to agreements that actually work in practice.
